Charmed Life Studio Exchange Policy

At Charmed Life Studio, we offer a 14-day exchange policy for purchases. We understand you might want to exchange an item for a different design or size. Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, the time-intensive production process, and the high cost of materials, we do not offer returns. However, exchanges are accommodated within 14 days of the original purchase, provided the item is in its original condition and packaging, with the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your exchange is approved, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions for your package. Items returned must first request an exchange to be accepted. Once we receive your item, we will issue a store credit code for the purchase price, including tax, excluding the original shipping costs.

Damages and Issues

Under reasonable circumstances, we offer complimentary repairs for items purchased through charmedlifestudio.com within three years from the date of purchase. Repairs will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis for items older than two years and may incur a fee. We are dedicated to restoring your beloved CLS piece to its full glory.

Exchanges are not accepted for sale items, original artwork, or gift cards.
